A cooperative is similar to a condominium association in that shareholders own a right to use the "common ground", plus the right to occupy their mobile home, use of an assigned boat slip if purchased, and use of other amenities in the park. As a shareholder, you are an owner of the park.


Waterfront mobile homes currently for sale in the park include an ownership share. 


Current listings for "inside" mobile homes come with use of amenities, and most have partial water views..


The park is managed by a professional management company, who reports to a five-person Board of Directors - all of whom live in the park.


Dues for those who own a share are $ 300.00 monthly. The fee includes, sewer, refuse collection, and use of facilities. Water is billed separately.


Dues without a share are $427.00 per month.


We have never needed a special assessment, and we have adequate reserves for several planned improvements scheduled for this coming year.
